Membership Closed

Until further notice, the club is at top max for membership per the club By-laws,
and it will be several years before additional slots are open. People being placed
on the waiting list now can expect a wait of approximately 5 years before
receiving an invitation to begin the membership process, and we cannot
guarantee that time frame. We simply have many more people wanting in,
than are wanting out. Our best advice is, get on the waiting list now and advise
us if your mailing address changes, and hope for the best.


To be added to the waiting list mail or e-mail the the club secretary, Harold Mauck
with your name and snail-mail mailing address. We do not keep record of
email addresses or phone numbers.

Procedure to become a member

1. We do not accept any applications for membership, only name and addresses for waiting list.

2. Any applications and payments received will be returned with notification that the sender's name is on a waiting list, and will be contacted IN ORDER RECEIVED when openings occur.

3. Notification to people on waiting list that proof of NRA membership will be required, and they will not be given time later to acquire NRA membership.

4. The order of placement on the waiting list to be as follows:
First, by date of post mark, e-mail or verbal request to the Secretary.
Second, if no post mark, by date on request letter.
Third, if no date on request letter, by day retrieved from P.O. box.

5. You will have 30 days from date of Secretary's notification letter that a slot is open for the applicant to respond, before the slot is given to the next person on the list.
